PROJECT HIGHLIGHT:  A few years after starting my firm, I created a website with ready-made shingle style plans. It was great design practice but alas, supplementing my custom work with effortless repeat sales of more broadly appealing homes was not meant to be. My few customers all seemed to wanted extensive plan changes. I was pleased with the requested changes in this one even though in the end, this “shingle style” design didn’t even have shingles.
